Higher Installed Capacity Limit for Feed-in Tariff under Community quota
SEDA Malaysia is pleased to announce that the installed capacity limit for a Feed-in Approval under Community Quota has been increased from 24kw to 48kw.
Hence, an application for participation in Feed-in Tariff under Community quota may be submitted with installed capacity up to 48kw starting from January 2015.
Please take note that one Community site can have 2 Feed-in Approval applications; however, the total installed capacity should not be more than 48kw.

| In what marks the end of a good year for Chinese solar manufacturer Trina Solar, the company has been awarded top score on the Silicon Valley Toxics Coalition (SVTC) scorecard ranking module environmental and social performance. Trina’s modules received a score of 92 out of 100 on the scorecard, beating out its nearest rivals SunPower, First Solar, SolarWorld, REC, Panasonic, Sharp and Yingli Solar, scoring higher than all 29 competing solar companies. |
