World’s First Eos Battery System in NYC Field Trial with Con Edison: Featured Today (October 13) on NBC Channel4 News, NYC 2050 Segment

Eos Energy Storage’s first energy storage deployment will be featured on NYC 2050 airing tonight at 5:30 PM EDT on NBC Channel4 News. The segment evaluates the future of energy and highlights Eos’ innovative Znyth^TM battery technology as a way to reduce customer electricity bills, integrate renewable energy, and enhance the resiliency of today’s electricity grid. Eos is marking the successful design, build, and delivery of the world’s first Aurora battery system for field testing with NYC-based utility Con Edison.

Eos is now scaling up its manufacturing operations with support from the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA), and is taking orders for its commercial product for delivery in 2016.
