骗子冒用SEDA名义敛财假太阳能计划 77人被骗50万

(北海15日讯)不法之徒利用大马永续能源发展局（SEDA）之名招摇撞骗，真、假“太阳能计划”混淆市场。

在相关假计划至今至少77人受害，损失款额高达50万令吉款额，其中槟州则为“重灾区”，受骗人数是全国之冠！

有关计划原本是当局为了鼓励国内永续能源发展，而与国能合作，通过私人界在本身的单位装置太阳能板收取能源，再转卖给国能以获取回报。

不过，却有不法之徒冒用名义，游说有兴趣者加入有关计划，并在收取为数不菲的费用后无法兑现承诺，致使投资者损失惨重。

有鉴于情况严重，当局已把此案交由警方处理，并吁请民众加倍小心，以免受骗。

民众受促上网查询

据知，当局所有条款及表格都会放上网站，而有合作关系的私人界公司也会列入其中，所以民众如果有兴趣，可先上网站查询，以防被不法之徒有机可乘。

大肆公开办座谈会投资者误信为官方活动

大马能源、绿色科技及水务部副部长拿督斯里马哈基尔指出，这批骗子甚至大张旗鼓在公开场所举行座谈会，大肆讲解有关计划的内容及益处，让人误以为是当局官方活动，以取信投资者后再从中下手。

“这原本是一项常有潜能的计划，但却被骗子冒用名义敛财，让人感到气愤。”

他是于周六上午的开放日上，希望民众借此提升警惕，以免上当。

他誊清，当局必须评估申请者是否适合有关计划，所以从来不会给予任何保证，事实上有许多人因不符资格而被拒绝。

“他们向投资者讲解时，通常都会担保一定可以获得批准，并要有兴趣者填写表格后，交上2万1000令吉押金。”

此外，当局的所有申请程序都在网上实行，而在申请批准后，也只需交上1000令吉押金，就能和国能确立合作关系成为能源提供者，把太阳能板收集到的能源转卖给国能。

目前，透过正确途径申请者有4千494人，而当局所批准的申请共有252兆瓦。”

Eos is marking the successful design, build, and delivery of the world’s first Aurora battery system for field testing with NYC-based utility Con Edison.
